Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store operated at https://plotsandmethods.com.

1.3. These Terms and Conditions are available on the store’s website and can be stored, downloaded, and printed at any time.
2. Definitions
2.1. Seller – IT360 Kamil Krzemiński conducting business activity.
2.2. Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that makes a purchase in the Store.
2.3. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase in the Store not directly related to their business or professional activity.
2.4. Product – printed book available in the Store.
3. Placing Orders
3.1. Placing an order requires providing data necessary for order fulfillment: name and surname, delivery address, email address, and phone number.
3.2. An order is placed when the Customer clicks the button finalizing the order.
3.3. After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation of order acceptance at the provided email address.
3.4. The sales contract is concluded upon the Customer’s receipt of order confirmation.
4. Prices and Payments
4.1. Prices in the Store are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN) as net prices (excluding taxes). Applicable taxes (VAT) for both the Product and delivery costs are calculated automatically by Stripe Checkout during the payment process based on the delivery destination. The final price including all applicable taxes is displayed before payment finalization.
4.2. The Customer is obliged to pay for the ordered Product, delivery costs, and all applicable taxes.
4.3. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Available payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other methods supported by Stripe.
4.4. The Seller begins order fulfillment after payment is confirmed by Stripe.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is carried out worldwide via Poczta Polska (Polish Post).
5.2. Delivery costs are determined individually depending on the destination country and are displayed before order finalization.
5.3. Order fulfillment time:
- Shipment preparation: up to 2 business days from payment confirmation
- Delivery within Poland: 3-5 business days
- International delivery: 7-21 business days (depending on country)
5.4. The delivery times stated are estimates. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the postal operator.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of receiving the Product.
6.2. The withdrawal statement should be sent to: hello@it360.pl or to the Seller’s postal address.
6.3. The Consumer is obliged to return the Product without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal statement. The Product should be undamaged and complete.
6.4. The Seller will refund all payments received from the Consumer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement.
6.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until receipt of the Product or until the Consumer provides proof of return shipment.
6.6. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product.
6.7. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers (non-consumers).
7. Complaints and Warranty
7.1. The Seller is obliged to deliver a Product free from defects.
7.2. If a Product defect is discovered, the Customer has the right to file a complaint at: hello@it360.pl or in writing to the Seller’s postal address.
7.3. The complaint should include: description of the defect, Customer’s request, and contact details.
7.4. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
7.5. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will repair or replace the Product with one free from defects, or if this is impossible – reduce the price or refund the amount paid.
7.6. Consumer rights under warranty are governed by applicable EU consumer protection laws and national legislation.
8. Personal Data
8.1. The controller of Customers’ personal data is the Seller.
8.2. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes do not apply to orders placed before their introduction.
9.2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the following shall apply:
- EU consumer protection regulations (EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights)
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation EU 2016/679)
- Polish law (for contracts governed by Polish jurisdiction)
9.3. Any disputes will be resolved by competent Polish courts, unless mandatory EU consumer protection laws require otherwise.
9.4. Consumers have the option to use out-of-court dispute resolution methods:
- European ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
- National consumer protection agencies
- Alternative dispute resolution bodies in their country of residence
9.5. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
